Tell us what the committee needs first.

Topcon Healthcare routes requests by care setting, modality, and reviewer. A clinical buyer may need a demo plan, while IT needs DICOM and cybersecurity notes, and biomedical engineering needs service readiness. Giving us that context in the first message helps us send fewer generic replies and more useful documentation.

If your facility is preparing a committee review, include the expected clinical use, the number of diagnostic rooms, the modality under review, and whether the equipment must connect with PACS, EHR, or a screening platform. If the request concerns an installed base, include the device family, serial or asset context if appropriate, software version, and urgency. For distributor requests, include market region, demo fleet timing, documentation language needs, and service coverage expectations. This context lets Topcon Healthcare separate product selection, technical integration, and support escalation without asking the same questions twice.

For privacy and security, do not send patient identifiers, retinal images, appointment details, or medical record numbers through the public form. A support specialist will establish the approved pathway if remote access, image review, or a HIPAA business associate agreement is required.

  • For product review: include modality, expected volume, and number of rooms.
  • For IT review: include PACS/EHR environment and DICOM workflow constraints.
  • For service review: include installed base, location coverage, and escalation urgency.
